CBC News just reported the following:
ReplyDeleteJust eight kilometers south of Emerson, in Pembina, N.D., permanent flood protection there has been too little, too late. The national guard is frantically sandbagging in the town.

Maybe somebody should give CBC a call so they can report the news more accurately.
They are frantically sandbagging out at the border near the Customs and Immigration buildings.
